Kim Black

With her husband Bill and black lab Nika, Kim Black lives on Harvard Street in Rochester’s Park Avenue area. She graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego and from Nazareth Colleges. She is a Special Education teacher in Monroe County.

Kim has extensive experience working in with single- multiple-family real estate. Kim also has over 4 years experience in residential and commercial rentals. Her teaching has helped her achieve her goal of educating both sellers and buyers to help them realize all their real estate dreams and goals.
